Gymnocalycium Baldianum is a cute cactus that produces purple pink to deep red flowers in early summer. The gorgeous silky flowers can grow up to 1.5 inches in diameter.
The spines are curved toward the stems, making the cactus not so spiky and dangerous.
All of the plants may be shipped bare root. -
Sun to Partial Shade, Light Shade.
Pale Pink, Pink, Red, White/Near White.
Mid Spring, Late Spring/Early Summer.
Water moderately in the summer but keep the cactus completely dry in the winter when temperatures are from 40 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit (5 to 15 degrees Celsius).
Porous, well-drained, do not let the cactus sit in soggy soil for more than a day or two. -
